L’emplacement
Équipement trop vieux et au niveau propreté laisse à désirer et beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la location du logement seul l’emplacement était bien

Position privilegié face à la mer. Appartement confortable et très agréable.
Il faut faire quelques travaux afin de le mettre aux normes. Mais rien de grave ou urgent. Manque un detecteur de fumé dans la chambre des enfants.

La situation du logement à proximité de la mer et du centre ville
La propreté limite et les équipements très désuets. Volet électrique en panne, frigo éteint à notre arrivée avec flaque d’eau à l’avant, cafetière sale, extrêmement peu de prises de courant en état de marche, et en tout cas pas du tout aux normes !
