About this house rental

Ground-floor apartment with a garden, featuring a spacious, very quiet master bedroom with a window overlooking the garden; a living room with a kitchenette equipped for cooking and serving meals; a large bathroom with a 160-cm shower stall; and a tree-lined, fenced-in garden furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. All rooms are air-conditioned, simply furnished, and cozy. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a microwave. The house is located in the center of the charming village of Olia Speciosa, a very quiet and green area with very little traffic, close to all amenities. Specifically: a supermarket, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, and playground are all within walking distance.
Pets are welcome (the yard is fully fenced to the ground, and the gate has no openings).
The house is handed over clean and tidy.
Another apartment is also available for rent.
