Upstairs : - a large mezzanine on the landing with games, reading and relaxation for children - a bedroom with 1 double bed. in 180x200 - a bedroom with 2 single beds. in 90x200 which can be combined on prior request from the owner - a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the south gable of the house: a 9 m² wooden terrace opening directly onto the living room with large bay window. Land of 1000 m² with gravelled courtyard (parking space), old nursery, lawn with shrubs and fruit trees. Possibility of storing bicycles under cover in a closed room. A very warm cottage, in a serene environment, L'Eden does not leave you indifferent. A large, very pleasant living room is completed by the fun mezzanine for leisure activities of all ages. A good plus here: baby is king! The terrace extends the living room and overlooks the countryside. Easy getaways are yours via the 4-lane D767 to Lannion, a town of Art and History located on Le Léguer, 12 km away. Or even Armoripark for the family 13 km away in Bgard. Want a castle in the forest? Go to Tonquédec 8km away, magical! Want a superb beach? place your toes on the sand of Trestel beach, 20 km due north. And of course... nugget of the territory: the famous Pink Granite Coast, including the village of Ploumanac'h 25 km away. You will have understood, 20 km around, as much as so much leisure, pearls of heritage and nature stretch out their arms to you in this corner of Brittany Trégoroise.
