Perched at the top of a hill in Summer Bay Resort, this light-filled Branson vacation rental offers completely unobstructed, year-round 260-degree views of Table Rock Lake. Begin the morning with coffee on the upper deck, share dinner overlooking the water, or settle in to watch the colors change across the Ozarks at sunset.
Dream View sleeps up to 10 guests with three king suites and a custom bunk room for four. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, giving families, couples and multigenerational groups plenty of room to gather while still enjoying comfortable spaces of their own.
The upstairs kitchen, dining room and living room were intentionally positioned to capture the extraordinary view. Expansive windows, vaulted ceilings and an open layout create a bright, welcoming space where everyone can cook, eat and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen and curated coffee bar make slow mornings and shared meals especially easy.
There is plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the home. Challenge someone to foosball, Connect Four, chess, checkers, backgammon or oversized Scrabble. Head outside for a round on the private putting green, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire table at the end of the day.
Guests also have access to Summer Bay Resort’s shared amenities, including a year-round indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, seasonal community hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, a children’s playground and a walking path leading to Table Rock Lake.
Please note that the kitchen, main living area and upper deck are located upstairs, so stairs are required during your stay.

Our stay at this home was good for the week. The home has everything you need especially a beautiful view of the lake and gorgeous sunsets. The house comes with a lot of extras, (games, coffee bar, foosball table, kids plates and utensils and all the necessities for young children). The 3 king beds and their own bathrooms was a super plus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room in each. The hot tub is a nice touch but not with it being 95 degrees. The putting green downstairs was nice as well. The location of the house is great being only 10 minutes from town. Branson has so many things for the family to do and being so close to the lake was worth it. The home and location is five stars in itself. I will say the communication with owners was very sporadic and could have been better. In regards to the house itself, the HVAC lacks in the up stairs (Kitchen-living room area) and it stayed around 80 degrees which made it uncomfortable especially since it was 95 outside. I will say the bedrooms stayed very cool which was nice. Overall the stay was good for our family.

We had a fantastic stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The home is absolutely stunning from top to bottom, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Each bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the kitchen was fully equipped—including a wonderful coffee bar with all the extras.All the appliances are top-of-the-line, and it's rare to find a rental that also provides essentials like dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The view is beautiful, and the location is perfect—close to everything in town.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Teresa’s place is very well decorated and the kitchen is stocked as well as you can ask for. The cabin is very comfortable and the space is designed well for family gatherings. We loved it. The pickle ball courts added to the fun and are a great addition/benefit of the property.
The view of Table Rock lake is amazing.
Teresa is a great hostess and very accommodating. Our family had a great time.
