About this house rental
One of the largest and most private beach houses in Rosemary Beach with a completely enclosed and gated courtyard with private parking. The private courtyard, central to the main house and heart of the home, creates a great flow and multiple entertainment spaces where guests have visibility and views of the pool area from all parts of the house. Play or relax in the separate gated courtyard, which is another unique feature. It also gives separation and privacy to guests and groups that want to vacation together but have separate living quarters. Please note while there is a carriage house on the property it is never rented separately from the main house. Should you wish to book both the main house and the carriage house, please send us an inquiry. The compound aspect offering complete privacy, plus the quiet nature of the Kingston Road location, will make your vacation the ultimate relaxing Rosemary getaway.

We had an amazing time in Rosemary Beach at this wonderful home. The property is very clean and well maintained. It was comfortable and spacious for our group. We appreciated access to all the local amenities. Having access to a gym was an unexpected bonus. We were able to take advantage of the reservation system for the beach chairs and umbrellas which we enjoyed. When we weren't out exploring, we were relaxing by the pool listening to music. In the evenings, being able to walk to dinner was a great option as we didn't have to pile everyone into cars and hunt for parking spaces. Everyone needs to try Kilwins at least once! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area!
