One of the largest and most private beach houses in Rosemary Beach with a completely enclosed and gated courtyard with private parking and extra-large 3-story carriage house. The private courtyard, central to the main house and heart of the home, creates a great flow and multiple entertainment spaces where guests have visibility and views of the pool area from all parts of the house. It also gives separation and privacy to guests and groups that want to vacation together but have separate living quarters.
