Garden 1500m2, wooded, with terrace (deckchairs, barbecue, table...)
- 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms (160, 2x100,2x90), 1 children's bedroom (1x90), 1 bathroom with WC, 1 large TV lounge with sofa bed and 1 office area
Accommodation:

1 living room with sofa bed
The house has all the comforts to receive a baby on request (cot, changing table, high chair)
This house is perfect for 6/7 people. We are trying to modernize it little by little.
The village of Petit Picy is a 5-minute walk away. The famous beach of Pointe aux Chevaux is an 8-minute walk away.
The Oceanes beaches and other villages are easily accessible by car or bike as the house is a short walk from the green stuff road.
Please ask us in advance for our animal friends. The cleaning rate may be modified accordingly. Pets must not go upstairs.
