Enclosed, tree-lined garden – 80 m² wooden deck with patio furniture and plancha grill.
Garden: 500 m². Friendly atmosphere. Summer market from late June to mid-September, a 3-minute walk from the villa. Secure parking for 3 cars.
A 2-minute walk from the lake. Option to reach the ocean via forest bike paths (8 min). Located near local shops and bike rentals.
By the lagoon: Oyster tasting huts right on the water’s edge, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, sailing, motorboat, or pinasse boat tours, shellfishing and fishing from the piers, seaside promenade, and restaurants with panoramic views of Île aux Oiseaux and the Dune du Pyla. Ocean side: Vast beaches of fine sand with dunes, supervised swimming areas, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, morey, and forest walks.
