Kokomo is even more beautiful than the pictures, and it did not disappoint! When booking, we were looking for a place that was close to the lake and didn't look/feel like a typical house. The hosts did an excellent job with the theme, and they made it open, warm and inviting. There were seven of us, and we had a ton of space, inside & out. We used all four of the spacious bedrooms and spent a lot of time in the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room area. The kitchen had a lot of space for our groceries, plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc and a lot of seating for us when eating and playing games. Out on the deck, we used the hot tub (fantastic!), grilled (charcoal) our dinners, played the large Connect Four game and had a lot of laughs. We weren't able to figure out the projector. It was a very short walking distance to the lake for fishing, and a few minutes drive to the Marina for boating. A few things that would have been helpful: charcoal for the grill (we had to run to the store), a broom and a little softer mattresses. Melissa was so quick to respond to my questions. All in all, we had such a fantastic time, and no one was ready to leave after our two-night weekend getaway. Stay here... you won't regret it!
