The place was great, walkable to the docks and good for fishing. The weather was cold for water activities but the small arcade was a good hit with my little kids.

I got a very discounted rate through this website. Had I paid full price, I would have made this review a lot more negative. My room was a lot smaller than what it looked on the site, the beds were kind of broken down, the floors felt a little dirty, and there were no real things in the room to make it feel like we were out at a resort. It was more like a low budget Airbnb. Since we were basically just sleeping there, it wasn’t a big deal, but if you’re looking for luxury accommodations or resort quality, this is not the place, or at least the room that we had. All the staff were amazing, they were all super nice, especially the people down at the marina. We used the aqua bikes, the paddle boards and the kayaks; all were amazing and lots of fun, all were included in the price. The pool was really good, but the hot tub was awful. It was barely lukewarm, and there were little kids doing cannonballs in it, so there was lots of debris and dirt floating in it.
They had a little food park area and a band, even though it was the middle of the week, so that was really cool.
Overall, it’s not a horrible place, if you’re not looking for luxury resort accommodations.

Facility and amenities outside room are very nice however room itself was basic. No soap for dishes, no paper towels or even Kleenex in bathroom. Also a coffee pot is provided but no coffee.
