SNOWBIRDS Welcome, Penthouse in Paradise offers amazing View of the Gulf from the topmost floor (19th floor quiet from the hustle-bustle). Nestled in Panama City Beach, this delightful condo is the perfect home away from home for your vacation. Our beachfront unit is centrally located, sleeps 6 with King in the Master, Queen and a Twin in the Second and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living. Enjoy access to the balcony from both the Master and the Living room. Imagine waking up to the scenic view of the Gulf, breeze on your face, and sunrise wishing you a great morning with Views Of Paradise culminating with sunset with pier in sight! Unit has a W/D and is across from the Shipwreck Island. Open for Snowbirds from November till March. Offer great discount if book for two months or all three. Parking: All Guests must register online with GuestSVCS portal. The link will be sent by the owner to register your vehicle online. License plates will be validated onsite to ensure guests are registered to be on property.
All bookings starting Saturday, March 1st, 2025 should be entered into GuestSVCS. Parking fee will be charged $50.00 per vehicle per registration. Should the guest cancel the registration, a refund will be issued, minus the credit card transaction fee charged by the cred card company, which is 2.99% of the transaction amount plus $0.30. This portion of the fee is non-refundable. Discount Offer: If you are interested in beach chairs or water activities please use discount code “regencytowers” or “oceanritz” for up to 20% on beach service packages and water activities. You can also book it ahead of the time at watersportspc or Adventures at Sea website.

This condo exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in PCB multiple times, at multiple locations. This facility and condo far surpasses anywhere else we have stayed. We were greeted with cool air and a fresh clean smell. There was not one trace of sand, the condo was so clean. The AC kept the place nice and cool for our entire stay. Loved having two beds in the second bedroom. Elevators were fast. Carts were offered to help carry your stuff. Parking was a breeze. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. Host, Sumit, was attentive and responded quickly to communications. Location is right in the middle of everywhere you will want to go. Views are beautiful. We watched dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. Balcony furniture was comfortable. Not the typical plastic chairs found in most condos. Only recommendation would be to take everything you will need. No extras are included, but for the price well worth the trip to the store for basic necessities like hand soap, salt/pepper, etc.
