Charming house with a small garden—stunning ocean view

After 3 years of work in the rules of the art, with noble and ecological materials, we offer you to stay in our haven of peace, on the small port of Le Passage, located 7 minutes by car from Brest. You will appreciate the exceptional panorama and view from almost every room of the house and will succumb to the charm of life on this small port.

The house is located on the small port of Le Passage, and adjoins the small chapel. You will be directly on the port, where you will have the opportunity to swim or practice water sports or fishing on foot.
Important, the location is very quiet, the small road separating the house and the sea is a dead end, used only by the residents of the neighborhood.

You will be located a little more than 5 minutes from Brest and Océanopolis, and you will reach in a few minutes the main axis to the south of the department. The location is ideal for discovering the region.

After access from the port to the property (between the house and the small chapel) the main entrance is at the back between the house and the old stone outbuilding at the bottom of the small garden. You will appreciate this sunny little corner of greenery sheltered from the wind.
This outdoor space is equipped with a dining area with barbecue available.

The house is on 2 levels, on the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and toilet, as well as a small laundry room with washing machine.
All household linen (sheets/duvet covers and bath/hand towels) is included.

Bedroom 1: Facing south, you will have direct access to the garden through its French window. Its walls have been insulated in the old way by lime and hemp work, which gives it all its charm.

A new fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine etc.) allows you to cook while enjoying the panoramic view of the sea.

You will find the living room and the living room with SmartTV and Netflix access.

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace overlooking the port, an ideal place to have a drink at the end of the day or a small coffee during the day

Outside, in the garden tables, chair, barbecue are at your disposal, you will enjoy the garden largely sunny and out of sight.
