About this house rental
This 1910 house has been meticulously designed and restored for a one-of-a-kind experience. I chose every wallpaper and every paint color to give a creative energy but still make you feel at home. Whether you are a small group or a family, you will love this place. Uber four minutes to broadway or walk 4 blocks to get some pizza at Dicey's or drinks at the Soho Hotel. Hang out on the back porch or drop the black out curtains and sleep in!

If you’re questioning this place, for any reason, DON’T! This is, by far, my favorite rental yet (and we’ve stayed in SO many! EXACTLY as pictures show - actually even better! We arrived and were so happy to see a fully stocked fridge - that we replenished over our stay for the next guests!
The biggest bonus was the king bed in each room! There were 3 couples (40-50’s) and this was perfect!
The place was impeccably decorated. We all said at one point that we could live there!
The Host, Max, was awesome!! Kept in touch with him throughout the weekend. Even asked for some recommendations of dive bars off the beaten path - we checked out one of his suggestions and had a blast!
The enclosed patio was the perfect spot for mimosas and bloody Mary’s in the morning and for the men to enjoy a cigar.
The location is PERFECT. We didn’t bother with a Rental car - and I’m glad we didn’t. Ubers were so cheap! The host even let us check out around 5pm so we didn’t have to worry about what to do with our luggage until we had to go to airport.
Everything about this place is perfection.
One thing though…
Max, a toaster would be nice! lol!! Don’t worry, we improvised!
If we head back to Nashville this will be our place!
