9 person holiday home in MARKARYD-By Traum

In southern Småland you will find this incredibly charming cottage. Built in the 1820s and renovated by the owners to retain its contemporary feel, you have here a spacious and cozy accommodation for the large family or perhaps 2 families traveling together. The cottage is on the same plot as the owners' own summer cottage and shares the plot with them. The small lake that is nearby is also shared between the two cottages. Experience Småland in lovely rural surroundings but still be close to a lot because in only about 10 km you will get on the E4 and can go both north and south on excursions. The cabin consists of a cozy kitchen, large bathroom and a spacious living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed adjacent to the living room, and one with a single bed. On the second floor, which has a sloping ceiling, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a room with a bed that can be pulled out to double if desired and a sofa bed. This room is not as well insulated as the others and is mainly recommended during the summer months. Which means that a total of 9 people can live here, however, upon request, a sleeping place for an additional child can be arranged. There is a wood-burning sauna by the small lake that can be rented for SEK 1,000 a week, which includes a fixed amount of wood. There is also a wood-burning hot tub that can be rented for a week on request. If you want to swim somewhere other than the small lake, which is only about 40 m away, you have swimming spots 8-10 km away both at Strömsnäsbruk and Markaryd. In Markaryd there is also an indoor pool and in Strömsnäsbruk an outdoor pool in the summer with a pool and a baby pool. Markaryd's Moose Safari is also nearby.
