Jag hade problem att få igång TVn men det löste sig efter videosamtal med värdinnan. Bra om det fanns nån instruktion vid TVn.

El departamento está muy cerca de la estación, la cama era muy cómoda y el espacio era muy amplio. Muy céntrico y cerca de muchas amenidades (cafés, supermercados, etc)

Die Lage des Appartment war super. Sehr zentral gelegen. Nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Für uns drei Personen hat das Appartment völlig ausgereicht. Waren aber auch nur zum schlafen und frühstücken dort - sonst immer unterwegs. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer in den Garten war sehr schön.

Es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus, für die bezahlt werden muss. Zudem muss das Auto auch nach dem Ablauf der Zeit umgeparkt werden.

Location was convenient; possibility to park our car nearby, while being a stone throw from the inner city. The laundry facilities are a plus. The house has a certain charm. Parking a car in Lund is quite a hassle, the system is not very transparent. Tip if you need to park your car for a full day or more: there is a parking at the end of the street, wit the top deck welcoming passers-by (the ground floor are long-term rented places). with the apcoa flow app you can park for 24 hours for just over 100 SEK, make sure to buy what they call a ‘seasonal ticket’, don’t just start the normal parking by the hour option.

The quality of furniture/interior decoration/kitchen utensils could be much better; it is all a bit cheap/ basic (though functional). Most particularly, the bed was too soft and not large enough (guess 1.40, but the topper 1.30 or so). There was only one relatively comfy chair, no couch. We also had to buy a bread knife for instance. Would be good if they started to invest the profits into improving quality and comfort.
