It was a nice quiet flat. It was close to a decent bus service. If you like a wee walk the town centre's only 20/30 mins away.

Breakfast in the garden [we had good weather] was an unexpected benefit. The apartment was quite spacious, which we also liked. Position within walking distance of Lund central station and other busstops was also helpful. Lots of parks and greenery close by.
Slight sewerage odour in the bathroom after a period of non-use. Toilet and bathroom space was rather small.

Very nice host, organized an upgrade for us at arrival. Nice apartment, garden with apple trees and a serre. Very nice and quiet area of Lund, close to E22 highway.

The host did not send the entering info beforehand but when I called,responded fast, even upgraded my room to a bigger one. There was always good smell in stairs area.
It was hot days. There was a small fan. It doesn’t work properly. It seems working but no wind coming out. Plus some laude people in other rooms. There is no elevator L should carry my loggade to 3rd floor.
