Mariner's Way 305 is located right across the street from the beach in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This third floor end unit with an elevator in the building has perfect ocean views! Best location for your vacation!
What a great property for a small family or couple! Enter into the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need and has a breakfast bar for your meals. The condo has been freshly painted for the 2025 season and has a new refrigerator too! The living room area has a large TV with ample amount of seating! The bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with a large balcony overviewing Ocean Blvd with ocean views. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo for your use.
This property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in North Myrtle Beach. With only a short ride to the local restaurants, have a cocktail at Snooky's or go to Boulineau's for your groceries. There is even a miniature golf course right up the street on Sea Mountain Hwy. The condo has Wi-Fi! This building has a sunning area around the large pool area to enjoy too. This will be the vacation you will remember and come back to year after year.

Nice rental unit for two (three). My daughter and I enjoyed a stay in this unit. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Loved that the unit was on the end so you had views out windows to the side as well as the front. Beds and Bedding were super comfortable, nice towels and linens and washer/dryer wonderful addition. Communication with NMB Rental could not have been any better as I asked several questions ahead of time and they responded immediately. We did have trouble with the entrance code (I feel was my fault) and since we were arriving late on Sunday evening the office was closed. We left a message with the after hours line and expected it to be a wait and we had already lugged our groceries up and it was super hot outside. However, the response was amazing and we were in within 10 minutes! I would definitely use this rental company again and I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Overall this was the perfect spot and location for a week getaway. The only recommendation would be to advertise that the property is being renovated on the outside which was a little surprising to see when showing up. This made times not very relaxing especially at the pool. In the end, would highly recommend this unit.

Cute place , great view of the ocean and inlet view in the back of the property. The property is very convenient to the beach -across the street.
The condo itself was very dirty; meaning the floods and the bathroom were terrible. I responded to an email they sent to me regarding the checkin process and told the condo was filthy. Of course the next day they called and wanted to send someone to clean it Day 1 of the vacation. No thank you, this was something that should’ve been done before checking in . I had purchased the trip protection, then cancelled -still being charged.
