This cute and super clean condo sits on the 3rd floor (top) with an oversized balcony that spans the entire width of the condo and is also a direct ocean-front view with only an occasional pelican or seagull between you and the beach. In this quiet family-friendly condo you only hear the sound of the ocean as you relax on the balcony. With plenty of outdoor seating, you will find yourself sitting and enjoying the serenity of the ocean and watching sunrises on the left and sunsets on your right. With soothing ocean sounds coming thru both of the ocean-facing balcony doors you can simply fall asleep listening to the soothing sounds of the crashing waves.
This family-friendly condominium has its own pool for you to use and can keep kids entertained for hours. The adjoining BBQ grills can also have the family pitmaster perfecting grill marks for the family feast.
This condo is in an excellent location, with only other low-rise complexes or houses nearby the beach population is lower and less crowded, even in peak times. But with the condo being less than a mile to stores, groceries, restaurants and other popular forms of entertainment you can't go wrong!
The kitchen is also well stocked with plenty of dishware, cookware, utensils that would make the family chef smile. Linens are provided and professionally cleaned before each guest arrival, a full-size washer dryer is in the unit to help maintain the family. Hi-speed 500mb/s internet speeds makes this place a simple yet effective place for those that have to do a little bit of work while away. Thought the place was very nice. There was a musty smell when we first arrived but figure it was due to sliders not being closed all the way and letting more of the humidity into the place.

We loved the property. It was comfortable and looked just like the pictures. The amenities were great and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. We liked the location and easy access to the beach! We’ll definitely look to book this property again when we are down to Myrtle Beach.

Owner is great! The dryer still has an awful squeal that pierces your ears slightly from our stay last year. Other than that, its updated and clean.
