To ensure the preparation of your room meets CLUB WYNDHAM standards, guest services will be happy to accept all check ins beginning at 4 p.m. daily. Please note that early check ins, including that of VIP owners, cannot be accommodated.
Wyndham requires a full name and address for guest confirmation, with valid photo ID, and must be at least 21 years of age.
You must message us the full name and physical address as it appears on the photo ID, of the person who will be checking in. Only this person may check the group in. Changes to the guest confirmation name will require a $99 change fee. This policy is STRICT and will not be waved.
A valid credit card will be required at check-in. There will be a $250 credit card hold which is released at check-out if there are no outstanding charges.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.

Wyndham Midtown 45 at New York City is not recommended. Many visitors to New York choose to use the city's robust public transportation options to enjoy area activities.

The resort will be experiencing nearby construction through December 2025. The building directly neighboring to the resort is undergoing extensive renovation, with loud construction noise during the day between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Additionally, dust, odors obstructions and work crews may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days. (fees are subject to change without notice)
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred. We absolutely loved staying here! The staff were very friendly and the room was super clean! We were also very close to a lot of things! When we come back to NYC we will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was great. The room was very comfortable and clean. Actually quite roomy for a hotel room in NY. Check on was a breeze. Everyone at the check-in and Welcome desks were very warm and welcoming. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. Communication with the host was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely sensational! The location of the property is perfect - a reasonable walking distance to subway stations or even to the places we wanted to go. The room was very chic and clean. We felt so comfortable on property. The host has exceptional customer service skills - super responsive, easy to work with, and kept in touch. Made all processes super smooth. Highly recommend a stay here!

Room was clean, hotel was in a good location, ride share easily accessible. The only downside was that the room was connected to another room and the occupants wete loud ealls were a bit thin. Overall would stay again for sure!
