About this house rental
After a long day of enjoying all that Chicago (our place is just a short walk to the green line which gets you in the heart of downtown in 20 minutes) and/or Oak Park (a short walk to restaurants, coffeeshops, parks, and attractions--including Frank Lloyd Wright's home and studio--one the homes he designed is a mere 2 houses away!), unwind in our calming townhouse, with a full well-appointed kitchen, separate work space, dining room, living room with strained glass windows, and 4 sunlit bedrooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in several beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces: a shared front porch, private 2-person side deck, patio--with grill and outdoor fireplace--perfect for smores. We are native Chicagoans and long time Oak Parkers and live in the neighboring townhouse and are on call to answer your questions.

We had a great weekend at Ericka’s! The house was clean, and we loved staying and walking around the charming FLW neighborhood! Loved the toddler toys and the outdoor space. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time. The kids enjoyed reading the Frank Lloyd wright books and we adventured out to look at various properties.The house was in great shape but the seating in the living room could have been better. The couch was ok but not as comfy. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Doors didn’t shut for a couple of rooms but we made it work.I would recommend this place with 5 stars because the host was so great!

Our family stay at this home was amazing! It was in a beautiful area with beautiful homes! The home itself was spacious and full of character and charm. Our host Erika and her husband were so accommodating and gracious. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay so memorable! Would love to visit again in the future!
