House Lavard. Modern architecture. Wonderful peace and quiet.

With Haus Lavard, we’ve created the perfect modern Scandinavian-style retreat on the North Sea coast, designed so you can enjoy nature and tranquility without sacrificing the comforts of modern living.

Modern architecture and design meet nature and idyll in beautiful Leck: After a loving renovation, this brick bungalow—completed in 2022—features 2 bedrooms, a large living area, a bathroom with natural light, and a guest restroom, offering plenty of coziness and light-filled rooms where you can feel right at home.
The 2,000 m² natural garden ensures the necessary privacy—despite its proximity to town—and, with its three terraces, offers numerous opportunities to enjoy nature.
