My family and I booked this vacation to Aruba quite some time ago to celebrate my 50th birthday. While the property has been on VRBO for some time and has many reviews - It changed owners just prior to our stay. The new owner was fantastic to work with very communicative. His on-site management team was also wonderful. The property itself was gorgeous. The pool, the outdoor space, the rooms, everything was perfect for our party of 10 at this beautiful house. A big thank you to Lester (owner) as well as Yolanda (on site) for making our stay memorable. I would not hesitate to rent this house again or to rent any other property from Lester in the future.

2nd stay at the property but my 1st stay with new owner Lester. He allowed me to check in a bit early which was great. Large villa, great pool.The 1st impression when you arrive at the villa is a broken rusted mailbox. During my walk thru with the PM I pointed out a lot of housekeeping / lack of housekeeping issues and advised that the house needs a deep cleaning. PM removed some stained curtains and tucked some dirty dust ruffles underneath the stained twin box springs. He did not suggest that he could replace the dirty curtain or dust ruffles so I rushed out to purchase replacement dust ruffles before my family arrived just so I could hide the dirty box springs, I was embarrassed.The wall paint, living room lighting, living room AC and bed spreads have been updated. The pictures on VRBO are a mixture of old pics and new pics with some duplications.There are instructions and codes inside the kitchen cabinet that would be extremely helpful if sent to the renter in advance.The property is dated, particularly the bathrooms and some of the beds (twins & 1st floor apt) need new mattresses. Every chair cushion outdoors was dirty & stained…flipping them over did not help. The sofa in both apartments along with the dining room chairs are really dirty. The clothes dryer works fine, but it’s really loud like a missing catalytic converter. Master toilet overflowed twice. Lots of TLC needed.I keep my reviews honest and this one hurts but the new owners need more time & grace.
