FAMILY FUN at Pili Mai, 2br + Game room (bumper pool, poker table, classic video game console, board games, piano, masks and snorkels, beach chairs, croquet, bocce ball, spike ball, and small yard for the kids to play) 2.5 bath, sleeps 6, no stairs, back yard lawn. Condo is located near the pool/fitness center/barbeque, but not so close you can hear the noise. It's a short walk to Poipu Shopping Village and restaurants. A few minutes car ride to all the popular Poipu beaches, and historic Koloa Town, and Kukui'iula Shopping Center. Enjoy island living with beautiful original art/island decor in this 1260 sq ft. condo with and outdoor entertainment lanai.

Pili Mai is one of the most popular resorts on Kauai's South shore. It is popular because of the AC and large swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's play-pool, and its location adjacent to the 18-hole Kiahuna Golf Club. We had such a great stay! The location was super convenient—close to Starbucks and shopping centers, with Walmart about a 25–30 minute drive away. Poipu Beach was only a quick 6-minute drive, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.The house itself was beautiful and really comfortable. The central AC and little fans in each room were amazing after being out in the heat. Both main bedrooms had their own full bathrooms, plus there was a half bath near the laundry room, which was super handy. I also loved having a laundry room so we could wash clothes and towels during the trip. We even had our own designated parking spot, which made things easy.The host was so kind and responsive—they went out of their way to fix the small issue we had and even left us a fresh loaf of bread from their bakery, which was beyond sweet. Everything in the home was clearly labeled and easy to find.Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home from when you enter and throughout! Extremely spacious, every appliance you could possibly need, dry goods in the pantry, game room was fun! Pool right across the driveway like walking distance, one problem there was is the water to the whole house shut completely off twice. Owner took good care of us and fixed the problem immediately with an app on his phone. Turns out it was a water safety feature that turned on and closed the water lines but the owner detached the system and even brought us a bag of baked goods! It didn't ruin our stay at all, we still had an amazing weekend! Going back in October!

This condo was perfect for our family’s needs. It was clean, quiet, nicely appointed and beautiful inside and out. We cooked our meals in the well outfitted kitchen. There were also beach chairs, a cooler and various water toys for kids available in the game room. Kevin was quick to respond very helpful with any questions we had.

Mahalo! We had a wonderful vacation with friends in Kauai. The condo's layout is nice, offering space and privacy. The kitchen is well-appointed. There is a Keurig and a carafe coffee pot. We enjoyed the walk to Little Fish Coffee for açai bowls, bagels, and an affordable bag of ground coffee. The condo has a bounty of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pool noodles, and snorkel gear. We enjoyed the pool and property grounds after a day at the beach. Having A/C is a definite plus if you're visiting in the summer months. There were plenty of fans too. We liked being close to Poipu Shopping Village and an easy walk to the beach. Kevin was excellent with communication and instructions.We look forward to visiting again!

This condo was prefect for our family, our young boys especially loved the game room. The whole house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable and it’s very close to the pool. The communication leading up to our trip was great and check-in/condo instructions were very easy. They had everything in stock for us to enjoy the island beaches; towels, blankets, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and even snorkeling gear for kids and adults. With all of this alone we would have been happy enough and we will definitely try and stay here again next time we make it to Kauai. Unfortunately we were also there during the Tsunami warning. We were on Poipu beach when the Tsunami sirens started going off. The maps online showed the condo in a tsunami safe area however when we got back to the condo we were told we had to be evacuated in an hour. I called Kevin (in a slight panic) not really knowing what to do at this point. He got back to me immediately invited us up to his house, which was much more than I was expecting. We spent the evening at their home their his family and our boys got to play and relax. They even served us dinner! They really went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful to their whole family. If it weren’t for their kindness we would have been stuck in a parking lot for 4 hours with hungry/scared kids. Instead this was one of our kids favorite nights. Truly incredible hosts!

We stayed in Kevin's condo for 4 nights on Kauai. It is one of the nicest VRBOs we've ever rented. The condo is spacious with a comfortable king bed. It's quiet and close to world-class beaches (snorkel with turtles if you get a chance). Kevin is responsive and helpful. The checkin process was simple with all necessary info communicated in a single "here are your keys" email. I highly recommend Kevin's condo.

The owners were fantastic. Very informative about everything. Their home is well appointed... the best stocked kitchen I have ever rented and we travel a lot!My family enjoyed the location of the condo/home, the pool and hot tub and of course the beautiful spacious interior. Kevin (the host) was very accommodating with our unique travel needs. The place was spacious, clean and provided lots of games, puzzles and beach items. Location was great, very short drive to the beach and to delicious resturants. We would definitely book this place again.

The condo is beautifully maintained, is decorated with local art and objects, and was exceptionally clean. The grounds of Pili Mai are gorgeous with all kinds of flowering shrubs. The beds were comfortable and the pool and gym are close by. We were traveling with our 2 adult sons and each wanted his own bedroom, which led to our one (minor) difficulty: The garage has been converted into a game room with a trundle bed, not a queen-size sofa bed. One of our adult sons slept in the game room, but there is no vent for getting AC into that room and it gets quite warm. We left the door to the game room open at Kevin’s suggestion, and positioned a fan to blow the cool air from the main area into it. It was just tolerable for him to sleep after a hot day. But, we are from Colorado with mostly cool, dry weather, so none of us are used to hot, humid weather—so that contributed to the lack of AC problem. Having 2.5 bathrooms and the use of the washer & drier was VERY helpful. Pool/beach towels are provided and lots of beach gear is available. Overall, a WONDERFUL place to stay for families.

Spacious and clean condo with all the modern conveniences. So nice to be able to cook and do laundry! Enjoyed using the boogie boards. Quiet and safe location, our family of 4 loved it! Very happy. Responsive host. Very well equipped, excellent location, clean and well cared for property. Our only 4 start rating Was because we didn’t realize the game room was garage conversion. The room was very well done and well appointed but not good for kiddo sleeping as there is no hvac in the room hot and noisy- especially with the door closed. It may have been described but we missed it. We would highly recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks for hosting!

My family loved this condo. It had everything we needed to go to the beach (towels, beach chairs, even reef-safe sunblock). We did not use the pool but it looked nice.Loved that it was a short walk to a small mall that had nice restaurants and coffee.Absolutely love the surfboard mosaics. I have a feeling they're one-of-a-kind art pieces by the owner.We would stay again!

Everything was wonderful at Kevin’s place. Descriptions in pictures were spot on. Only minor cleanliness issue was the towels smelled like mildew upon arrival. However, thankfully they have a washer and dryer in the condo, so threw a load of towels in the wash to quickly remedy the issue!

We had a great time. The hosts were so nice and excellent at communication. They have a wonderful property and are so accommodating. We were so impressed to have laundry and dish soap provided as well as a first aid kit and all the beach equipment we could use! So helpful when we had our kids with us on this trip! This was a great condo to stay at in the Poipu area. Close to Poipu Beach and a number of other great destinations. The pool area was a great bonus. This place had plenty of space of my family of 5, and since we ate in most meals the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

There is more than enough planted, cups, silverware, and it’s on the ground floor with a nice place for family to congregate. There is beach item for you to use and a game room. This condo was perfect for our group, super well furnished/appointed, and adorable to boot. Everything we could have possibly wanted during our trip was available from spices to beach towels/toys/chairs/etc to extra linens to tower fans plus ceiling fans. The condo was near the awesome pool, which our kiddo loved. My husband, my son and myself stayed in the primary bedroom and my mom stayed in the other, and it was awesome that both rooms had ensuite bathrooms. 10/10 would stay again!

Good location for access to local beaches, stores etc. Check in was smooth, Kevin had the place ready early so we could drop our bags off. Probably for most people the cleanliness of the property was probably okay, however for us unfortunately it was not. There was a smell that I can’t really describe, maybe coming from the ventilation system unit. It hit you every time you walked in. Overall the place could do with a refresh. The kitchen was well equipped and the gym was close by with a a couple of treadmills. The beds were comfortable. The unit backs onto the main road so it was a little noisy.
