Make yourself at home in this luxury three bedroom, three bathroom condo located on Kauai’s sunny south side! A generously open-floor plan allows for abundant natural lighting and air flow throughout the entire home.
The spacious living room features comfortable furnishings and a large entertainment center with flat-screen, cable TV. Plentiful windows offer cooling trade-winds and display lush greenery with beautiful mountain views. Step through sliding glass doors to a covered lanai which includes a dining area and lounge space. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, afternoon drink, or dinner surrounded by colorful, tropical foliage!
The living room flows into the appointed dining area with a lovely wood table and chairs for six. You will find everything you need to create a gourmet meal at home in this fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, bountiful cabinet and counter space, and large center island. Wonderfully bright and modern, anyone will feel like a five-star chef here!
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, generous walk-in closet with wardrobe, and colorful garden views. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and walk-in, glass shower. The Second Bedroom also features a king size bed, ample closet space, and small dresser. The private ensuite bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower. The Third Bedroom offers a Queen Bed, full closet, and dresser. The third bathroom is a shared full bath with a combination bathtub and shower. All three bedrooms include Cable TV, Ceiling Fans, and double bedside tables with reading lights. Adjacent to the second bedroom is an executive office area with desk, chair, additional storage, and enough privacy to get work done!
Contemporary and tasteful island decor creates a tropical vibe throughout the house. The perfect balance of luxury and comfort. This unit is single-level plan so no need to worry about carrying luggage up any stairs! Timeline: The Spa is expected to be open by approximately April 17th. The Keiki Pool will reopen April 8th.
Safety: Construction areas will be walled off. For your safety, entry into these zones is strictly prohibited until final water adjustments are complete.
Compliance: Please follow all posted signage and construction boundaries.

The property was well maintained and in a great, central location. The amenities were as listed and made for an at home feel. The manager provided prompt customer service and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing that needs updating is the couch in the living room, a little bigger and firmer cushions would be nice.

Positives: This is a nice, open floor plan. Perfect for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Everyone had their own bathrooms which was a plus. Kitchen was well stocked and large with lots of cabinet space and a huge island. Lanai was really nice. Did appreciate the toilet paper, bathroom spray, lots of towels (bathing and for beach as well as beach chairs etc.) BBQ's were nice to have and close to the condo. Really liked that it had a washer and dryer as well as AC. Downsides...not super close to the beach so had to drive. Lots of dust on the fans as well as the tv's and windowsills so we had to get those wiped down and cleaned off (or else tons of black dust gets on the white comforter which we unfortunately found out). Sofa in main room could use a replacement. It is pretty worn and sinks when you sit down on it. One of the rooms was missing a remote for the tv which was unfortunate so no tv access in that room. Parking spot is very hard to get into if you have a larger vehicle. People staying at the condo upstairs were loud throughout the night (even though we thought there were quiet hours) and left beer cans near our front door. Pool is nice but very lots and lots of people use it. Workout area is nice and appeared clean.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a nice size condo, plenty of room for 6 adults. Location was great! We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay, but we had a prompt response from our local host, and it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property, it was very clean, roomy, nicely decorated. Our group loved the 3 bedrooms with large beds in each and 3 separate bathrooms worked so well for us. It was easy to book, communication was great and we really appreciated the approval for early check in on the day of arrival.
