About this villa rental

Just a short distance from the lake, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient covered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 10-minute walk to Lake Annecy, or easily tackle the quick 4-minute drive to Menthon Castle.

Once you get back to this 2207-sq-ft villa, you can enjoy your surroundings with the pool, BBQ grill and outdoor pool. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and shampoo. And thanks to the washer and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, and heating.

We had the most wonderful stay at La villa Cosy. A perfectly situated villa off the main road, near a supermarket, town cafe, boulangerie, butchers.A short walk to the lake so you can pop down for an evening swim after a long day cycling. I enquired about bike hire and then the hosts made their bikes available. Very thoughtful and kind. The hosts were extremely accommodating. Our flight times changed and they generously allowed us to stay on. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!!
