About this house rental
A beautifully renovated large family home with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Located in the picturesque village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, in the quiet residential area of Les Moulins, just 5 minutes on foot from the village center and 10–15 minutes from the lake.
An ideal location for both summer and winter holidays, with easy access to the lake, swimming areas, water sports, bike paths, mountain hikes, and forest trails.
Spacious, bright, peaceful, and very comfortable, this home is perfect for family holidays all year round. With a large garden overlooking the village castle and the river, it’s a delight for older children and teens to play or try fishing.
Two large terraces on different levels overlook the garden, river, and Château de Menthon, providing perfect spaces for dining and relaxing outdoors.
