Wake up to the sound of the waves and watch them crash against the shore on the top balcony of this gorgeous condo. Pack up a cooler and take the 1min walk across the street to one of the many community beach accesses in Surfside. And don’t worry if you forget anything, because it’s simply that close! Enjoy time with family, friends, and our wonderful Surfside community. After an evening at the beach, enjoy sunset views at the Surfside Pier, where you can enjoy some amazing Dippy's Ice Cream!
Relax At The Pool!
Want to grab a drink and spend an evening at the pool? Good thing it’s right in your backyard! This 3ft-8ft pool has provided so many memories for our family and others. Sit back, relax, and watch the kids play from the balcony or dip your toes in and join the fun!
- Pool closes at 10:00pm for quiet hours. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times while in the pool area.
Foodie Paradise!
There is no better way to enjoy each other than over a great meal! Enjoy a home cooked meal outside around the high top balcony tables, or go inside and join family around the dining table. Our kitchen provides you with all the essential pots, pans, and utensils needed to create that perfect vacation meal! Stock your fridge with your favorite snacks and drinks, or head down to RiverCity Cafe for mouth watering burgers and fries matched with breathtaking ocean views. We also have a single-cup Keurig and a standard coffee pot to make your brews easy as a breeze in the morning!
Never Too Clean!
There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit, so no worries about dragging the sand home! Throw your towels, clothes, etc. in for a quick wash before packing your bags and hitting the road. (we do NOT provide detergent & PLEASE shake out your towels, leave the sand on the beach!)
We provide: clean linens upon your arrival, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, as well as small sized shampoo, soap, dish soap, etc.
Other consumable items are not provided. We recommend you bring the following items: extra toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, body soap, shampoo, lotion, beach towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, personal spices, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer. Although, some of these items may have been left by previous guests.
This is a SMOKE FREE, PET FREE home
Floral Villa Condos Regulations:
-Max occupancy 8 persons per unit. 2 parking spots are allotted per unit. (you will receive a hanging tag once checked into the unit)
- NO boats, trailers, GOLF CARTS should be parked or used on property.
- NO grills permitted on patios/balconies
- NO pets!
- Parents are responsible for children. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied outside after 10:00pm and at all times while in the pool.
- Tents, canopies, and umbrellas are not permitted in the courtyard .
- Quiet must prevail at all times, particularly after 11:00pm. Be considerate of neighbors at all times.

Such a nice condo with a short walk across the street to the beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable and was exactly as pictures showed.

This property has been recently renovated. The common area when you enter has not been and leaves a bad first impression. The owner has taken care to supply all the needs for a relaxing stay. Over all our experience was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at Sandy Feet Retreat. The location is great: Close to the beach and in walking distance of several places to eat. It had all the amenities required to make our stay just like home. Very beautiful decor too.
