About this apartment rental
As seen on HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt"!...Newly renovated top to bottom- paint, fixtures, stainless steel appliances, new tile and vanities in the bathrooms, wood plank tile floors, upgraded beautiful furniture. Ground floor, no steps. Lots of parking and large fenced pool. Screened in patio opens to the beach and ocean. This is a direct ocean front unit. You can walk off the rear deck to the beach. We are on ground level, no stairs. We have added 2 outside security cameras in the hall leading to our unit for security. One front one back. We do not allow unregistered guests. If you have any visitors please let me know.

This condo was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here. Jodie, the host, had everything we would ever need for the vacation in the condo. We lacked nothing. It was beautifully decorated and the porch/sunroom was a lovely place to sit and watch and listen to the waves. It was a minute walk from the porch to the beach which was a major plus for us.

This unit was perfect for the 4 adults in our party, although it would accommodate several more guests. It has every amenity you’d need for a comfortable stay and is decorated beautifully. The furniture and beds are comfortable and it is one of the cleanest Surfside Beach rentals I have ever stayed in. There very easy access to the pool, beach and parking lot. We had a wonderful time! Jodi is a great host.
