Features include 4 sizeable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, WiFi, charcoal grill, and outside shower. This is just the perfect getaway location to make those special family beach vacation memories!

Ocean Village is coded as a medium residential neighborhood by Sussex County; therefore, this home can only be rented to family groups.
Overnight vehicles are limited to four (4) and must be parked at the property. No beach parties in excess of 20 people permitted on the beach.
