Adjacent to the living area, there's a dining section with a pool table. There is one bedroom and bathroom on this floor. The first floor houses the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outdoors, the property sprawls across land on different levels. It includes terraces, a stone barbecue, a courtyard with outdoor furniture, and a private fenced pool (8m x 4m) secured by an alarm system. Please note, there is an active mill producing olive oil in the vicinity.
