Rooms were clean enough so we did not utilise their cleaning services. The staff were friendly,responsive and always available to replenish our supplies of towels, soaps and toilet papers. The hotel is in a good location as it is within walking distance to Istiklal Square/Street and we were able to get Ubers and Taxis in less that 2 minutes to travel to other locations. We will definitely be happy to stay here again whenever we visit Istanbul.
