    Rooms spacious, Cleanliness very good. Staff attentive, responsive and helpful. Restaurant food is fabulous. Only part is the car parking. It is almost on the road. Road nearby generates lot of dust. You move the car and the space is lost. Lucky if you get it.

    I am writing this review after 1 month of staying so that i would avoid writing anything in anger. We were left embarrassed by the whole booking situation from Agoda and hotel. We had booked the package for 2 days stay with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. We also confirmed the same at reception. We had our first lunch at hotel at staff made us sign a bill for the same. During dinner my wife was exploring the menu and asked what all included in package then the staff realised that we have booked with meal package and started asking hotel booking receipt, confirmation etc right there on dinner table and did not entertain or even took our order untill they checked. This was really embarrassing for us in front of other guests. Then the staff said we only have breakfast and dinner package and for lunch we have to pay!! I didn't argue there because it was our anniversary and didn't wanted to spoil the moment. The Aroma restaurant is excellent, waiters and staff are really great.
