Bad smelling rooms/cottage. Poorly maintained property. Ignorant staff.
AC not working. Pool is just for the name and not maintained. Does not justify 6000-7000 price tag. Only plus point is the location and other that nothing is good. Skip it.

The location is absolute perfect! You get out of the room to see the beach just 10 meters away. The rooms are great as well. Staff is wellannered. Those who wish to enjoy beach should visit the place for sure!

Food quality was very poor. Breakfast quality was also very poor . Only one item was offered with a substandard quality.

We checked in at around 1.30PM. the room alloted was looking clean and Ac was working. But at 3.30 pm there was power failure and except our room there was power in other rooms. After following up they informed me that it was their 1st day since the start of this season and hence there was maintainance issue. I was offered other rooms but they one or the other issue. AC was not working.
Finally at around 5.20PM the power issue with our room was sorted. The intercom was not working. There is no mobile tower network at this hotel. You need to walk to reception for everything. The hotel had no restaurant working on the day we arrived. We had to walk almost 200m for food toand fro. Finally from next day their restaurant service resumed. We had lunch which we found very costly. Also our rooms bathroom lock was not working. Had to follow up for the TV recharge. They did arrange us a table for birthday celebration near the seashore. Pool was also cleaned just next day evening. Not worth spending so much on such under maintenance hotel.
