    Beside the location that the hotel gets good reviews I don't seem to understand how the rating is good when the hotel is terrible no lift ,not clean not up to standard at all ,no phone in the room taps are old never cleaned ,mould on the walls dirty walls there's no communication from the reception if one need his room to be cleaned ,we stayed on 4th floor first time we arrived there was no TV when I asked they said its a category of room booked that comes without a TV thays unacceptable in any hotel we moved after two days to a better lower floor rooms ,first the air con couldn't be turned on then the guy helped a biy to get it on the the TV was not working,the brought another TV then the satellite cable was not connected ,we wanted to watch live world cup soccer matches the hotel didn't have that package for that specific channel As well to add the hotel water was not available for a day or two ,the only thing they boast in the reviews about the hotel is a location that they never made ,a hotel of that kind should not exist and should be inspected by hotel authorities for health and hazard.

    is working but it’s useless, windows are old, walls are old the colouring is old as well, stayed for 2 days NO house keeping went into my room, maybe it was tiring for him to get to the 5th floor
