    ลูกค้าต้องบริการตัวเอง ไม่มีพนักงานนำทางไปที่พัก และยกกระเป๋าเก็บให้ ตอนกลางคืนน้ำไหลช้ามาก ตอนเช้าน้ำไม่ไหล ต้องโทร.แจ้ง น้ำขุ่นเป็นสีน้ำตาล ซื้อแพ็คเกจอาหารเช้าไว้แต่ไม่ได้ทาน โซนคาเฟ่ต้องรอคิวนาน มีโซนเล่นน้ำต้องรอคิว เพราะมีให้บุคคลภายนอกเข้าด้วย กิจกรรมมีแค่ให้เล่นน้ำ ซึ่งไปจองคิวรอกับบุคคลภายนอก ร้านอาหารในรีสอร์ทอาหารรสชาติดี

    โลเคชั่นดี ใกล้จุดเที่ยวต่างๆ มีจุดลงเล่นน้ำส่วนตัสตรงแก่งวังยาว แต่ที่พักค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องที่นอน(สำหรับ4คน)มีน้ำรั่วหน้าห้อง ผนังไม้ผุในห้อง หมอนเหลือง แต่พนักงานดี บริการรวดเร็ว พยายามเอาหมอนมาเปลี่ยนให้แล้ว แต่ก็ยังเหลืองอยู่ดี ภายในห้องมีแมลงตัวเล็กตามที่นอน เพราะโดนกัดเป็นตุ่มคัน แต่พอเข้าใจได้เพราะที่พักใกล้ต้นไม้เยอะ ครั้งแรกเปิดไปมีกลิ่นอับ และผ้าปูที่นอนบริเวณฐานเตียงขาดรุ่ย

    We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel, the room was really large and comfortable. Breakfast was also good as was the food served by the canal. Would we come back for sure
