Clean, everything we wanted was provided. Bed was comfortable. Owner was very easy to deal with.

Modern and well presented. Great host. Warm and had everything we needed.
A car park would have been useful and the futon sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

It was great for a cook, had heaps of tools and it was truly, fully self contained. Lovely and warm. A great quiet environment.
The stairs were steep for me. No parking with the property and the street was busy so I had to walk a long way and leave the car in the road.
