Studio mignon, bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Rue agréable proches des commerces et transports.
Propreté du sol (assez poussiéreux) mais le studio est tout de même bien entretenu.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is convenient, as it is quite close to two metro lines, making it easy to reach the main attractions in the city. The host was very friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help. The apartment had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay here again.

Le quartier, les restos, le musée des Gobelins
La "canonnade" des travaux sur l'asphalte sous nos fenêtres avec des machines lourdes, surtout durant la nuit. L'absence de climatisation et l'impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit. L'insécurité quant aux installations électriques (mauvais état des prises, plaque électrique superposée sur une gazinière avariée). Pas la moindre savonnette de courtoisie dans la salle de bain.
