decoration is really good taste, furniture are very nice, kitchen tools are the must! Views from big window, lots of natural liuminosity! shower is really great!
the building and elevator needs a renovation, because inside the flat is amazing but corridors, main door and reception needs to be renovated.

Nothing to do with the property, but as often in central locations the streets are noisy due to traffic so may recommend earplugs for sensitive sleepers :)
