Lokalizacja jest świetna: na przeciwko Planetarium, blisko do Starego Miasta piechotą, obok również komunikacja miejska. Apartament jest przestronny, w kuchni dobrze wyposażony, łazienka, ręczniki, czystość - wszystko na plus. Obsługa dostępna zdalnie, wskazówki wejścia były jasne i klarowne. Parking - bardzo dużu atut - bo obok jest strefa płatnego parkowania.
Doba zaczyna się bardzo późno, bo o 16, więc należy to wziąć pod uwagę. Wcześniejsze zameldowanie jest możliwe, ale za dodatkową opłatą - za każdą dodatkową godzinę. Łóżko wymaga wymiany, bo skrzypi okropnie :)
