przytulny apartament, w starszym bloku ale fajnie nowoczesnie urzadzony, czysciutki , duza osobna kuchnia, wygodne lozka i rozkladana sofa, kuchnia w pelni wyposazona, polozony w cichej i zielonej dzielnicy olsztyna, praktycznie pod blokiem piekarnia, troche dalej zabka, carrefour , cukiernia i inne sklepy, duzo miejsc parkingowych przed/za blokiem, dla nas duza zaleta bylo to, ze w 5 min spacerem moglismy dojsc do basenu Aquasfera, jednym autobusem ( 113) mozna szybko dojechac do centrum ( 7 min) i na plaze miejska przy jeziorze Ukiel, dojezdzalismy na green festival i transport zajmowal max 20 - 25 minut, kontakt z wlascicielka bardzo dobry
dzieciom brakowalo wifi, ale czasem lepiej jak nie ma 😀
