Excellent location in the centre of the city. Big room. Comfortable bed. Quiet apartment.
Kitchen was VERY basic; the portable cooktop is way under-powered; took forever to cook anything. Kitchen had no lighting; light from far behind made workspace shadowed and dark. Similarly, the shower space was not well lit; bathroom light does not light it well. TV remote was almost dead; worked intermittently. Drawn curtains were needed for privacy; opposite apartments same level, not far away.

A proprietária foi muito solicita, me ajudou acomodando algumas bagagens fora do período de estadia. A comunicação foi muito rápida. Para aquela região, o prédio é ótimo, modernizado.
De maiores instruções no ap sobre como chegar na lavanderia, na lixeira, como receber entrega de Ifood etc. A limpeza não estava muito boa. O banheiro tem cheiro forte e é velho, merece uma reforma urgente.
