Gostei da localização, do comércio próximo com mercado bom e completo, de toda redondeza.
Do box para banho, muito pequeno, e falta de alguns utensílios básicos, tive que comprar uma faca de cozinha, que deixei lá para o próximo que alugar o AP

Localização privilegiada, con supermercado, quitanda, padaria,, farmácia e restaurantes praticamente em sua porta. Cozinha completa, pensado em tudo. Excelente custo/benefício
Talvez seja um problemas isolado meu. Como tenho dor lombar, achei o colchão macio demais. Mas como disse, isso é algo pessoal. Para apenas alguns dias, não é um problema maior.

A localização é muito boa, embora o local seja bem simples. Tem tudo que se precisa para se virar dentro da casa e um supermercado bem perto. Para mim, foi interessante pois estava perto da UFRGS
O local é bem pequeno e não há tanto conforto. O processo de pegar a chave foi um pouco complicado pois não havia um local pra pegar e tive que esperar. Isso acabou me atrapalhando tanto em termos de trabalho quanto em termos de segurança, pois fiquei na rua.
