Lovely, clean and modern, very comfortable in a quiet area, perfect location for doing shopping in Boulogne with great boutiques around and a 5-minute walk from the metro station (line 9), plenty of nice restaurants around. Fabulous bakery next door. My daughter and I had an amazing week and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the agency was amazing, too, very quick and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris.
No lift but the apartment is on the second floor so not a big issue.

Luminoso y cerca del metro ( a 30 minutos de principales atracciones) y negocios. Buena opción y muy bonito barrio yendo hacia el Sena.
Edificio en mal estado y muy deteriorado. Oscuro. Difícil para subire maletas de tamaño mediano a grande. Baja interacción con el propietario, tardó en responder a preguntas, solo obtuvimos los códigos y respuesta el día de llegada.

Great location and facilities. Lovely little apartment.
Harder to find in the dark due to lighting etc. Got there in the end. Check-in process is on the day, so be prepared if travelling.
