Şehir merkezine yakınlığı, ulaşımı, ev sahibinin ilgisi ve iletişimi, ulaşılabilirliği çok iyiydi.
Aşırı sıcaktı, iki vantilatör vardı ama asla yeterli olmadı, kahve makineleri çalışmıyordu (ama ev sahibi yan dairenin makinesine ulaşmamızı sağladı), bulaşık deterjanı yoktu.

콜마르 중심지와 멀지 않고 (900mt), 마트와 주유소가 가까움.
마트에서 장 보고 요리해서 즐기기에 최고임.
작지만 냉동칸이 있어서 음료도 시원하게 쿨링 가능함.
에어컨은 없지만 커다란 창문을 열면 시원한 바람이 들어와서 충분히 시원했음.
호스트 분도 친절하시고, 화장실과 욕실도 엄청 넓음.
여분이 수건이 주어지면 더 좋겠습니다.

房东有三间房，两间大，一间一室，我订的是一室一厅，第一天房东给我的居然是一室房，而且那间一室房特别破，桌子都没有，茶几居然瘸了一条腿，把我放在上面的东西全摔了，我气愤的要求换房间，她居然说我订的那间已经给别人住掉了，第二天才能换回来。第二天我才住进了我原本订的有厅的公寓，虽然房东免了我第一天的钱，但是经历非常不愉快。
我原本火气非常大，但是第二天看到房东带来的5个漂亮的孩子后，火气消了一大半，作母亲的非常不容易，5个孩子又漂亮又乖巧，非常可爱。
