Great apartment poor service and let down by the little things
Beautiful design and layout. Very comfortable such a shame given the price that they don’t seem to think through and deliver to same high standard as the design
Let down by lack of glasses for 7 people. No basic amenities such as bin bags, soap, toilet rolls. Everything controlled electronically and couldn’t access and despite promises no-one came round to fix so couldn’t use. Weather was bad but when things weren’t working no one attended. And finally they expect you to strip all the beds and bag up the laundry and empty all the bins despite having to leave at 6.30am to catch a flight. Such a shame as the apartment is beautiful and at this price a few small tweaks - welcome pack with basics more attentive staff and not expecting you to do their laundry work and this would be exceptional

Great apartment and location but a few minor niggles that constantly annoyed
Great location and nice accommodation
Host wasn't able to meet us despite us being 15 minutes late on a 12 hour journey. Need to have a more detailed explanation of where the front door and accordingly the key box is. Overly complicated key access system - what is wrong with a normal key. The ipad system is overly complicated. Light switches could be a lot more simple. Ski storage is really poor - not big enough and water off skis not contained.

Great location with amazing views! Very easy access to ski chair lifts, restaurants, supermarket etc. The chalet was very well appointed with lovely furnishings, decor and everything we needed for a family of 6. Loved the coffee machine and sauna!!
