Fully equipped, home away from home, great position and very quiet and peaceful.
There were dogs staying in the next unit when there is a no pets policy, and if my wife comes in contact with any animal she is allergic.

It was an excellent location for our excursion to Bryce and Zion parks. It was very nice to have a home atmosphere instead of the typical hotel room. Especially to have the washer and dryer handy since we wanted to pack light. It was very quiet and comfortable as well as a very economical value. We also enjoyed the use of the grill.
We can’t really say anything bad about the place. It was great. Possibly if we had any suggestions would be the limited cooking utensils.(only one skillet, and that seemed past its prime and difficult. The stove might have an electrical issue.

I liked that is was a clean, complete apartment that could accommodate all my needs although I didn't avail myself of these conveniences. It has a complete kitchen and living room and it is a quiet location for a good night's sleep.
I would just say, if my memory serves me, the cleaning fee was disproportionate to the cost of the nightly rental, considering the house rules required that I do the cleaning. I think if this fee were adjusted downward it would be perfect.

Convenient location for Zion and Bryce parks.
Spacious and comfortable.
Dated and tired. Some maintenance issues. Insufficient hot water. Very limited walkable facilities.
