Really nice property, it's very quaint and American, perfect for a foreigner. It's right by a road frequented by diesel pickups and heavy lorries, so bring over some earplugs. There's a shop near by that sells all the basics you'll need for your stayThe property has a books (secular and religious) and games, as well as a radio and TV.It gets very dark at night, and is perfect for stargazing

We had a great time here. Reminded us of our great aunt and uncle’s place. Very comfy and homey feel. It was great location for visiting Zion park and then traveling to Bryce.

We stayed two nights at the house. Beds were comfortable (though one was crazy squeaky) and the history of the house was neat. Good half-way point between Zion and Bryce. The only down side we had was that one of our kids had a reaction to the detergent used on the sheets and we had to do a quick run to a store to find something else and wash the sheets. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

This home was clean and well maintained. It was a good distance for Zion and Bryce National Parks.

This was an excellent base location for folks who want to be close to outdoor recreation around Zion, north toward Brice, or south toward Kanab area. As depicted it is an old home with one tight bathroom. Heat and hot water were good. Our only real complaint was the shower head sprayed a lot out the back and was a bit limed up.

Easy to find. Exactly as advertised. Comfortable living room. Large dining room. Kitchen worked great for us. Most comfortable bed is upstairs. Other beds are a little hard. Reminded us of our Grandmothers house. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Glendale because it was centrally located between the Thunder Mtn/Red Canyon mountain bike trails near Bryce and the new Applecross mtn bike trails in east Zion and of coarse we visited both national parks.
It was very similar to my grandma's house outside Spokane,Wash.
Lots of local and family history there. We would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is away from the Springdale (the highly commercialized town near the south entrance of Zion).
The Rental is close to the east entrance of Zion national park.
Ideal location as it right b/w Zion and Bryce.

Overall it was a nice home to stay in.
The beds were that comfy you might consider getting some foam padding for the mattresses. Make sure the coffee filter is emptied, our wasn't. I love the location and town.

The house was a great location for Zion and Bryce activities. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family. Air conditioning upstairs was inadequate for sleeping but was fantastic downstairs. It was an enjoyable stay.

Frozen in time! Clean, neat and functional house bringing back memories from 50 years ago. The house and location worked very well with our parks oriented visit in southern Utah!

Other than a wee glitch in getting the door code-which was because I had no internet on my phone and it had been emailed rather than texted...this was a really awesome place. Vrbo came through on their help line and we did manage to get in within an hour of arrival. I come from isolated, rural areas and I could just imagine this sweet family raising children, and working hard in this sturdy house with apple trees, lilacs, irises and vinca blossoms all either in full bloom or just about to pop! I loved that it had not been "updated" but remained with all the amenities, tile, linoleum and furniture/decor that still were in perfect working order. It made me smile from ear to ear. I expected "Grandma" to appear any moment!!!
A walk down to the spring swollen creek to sit by the bank was an extra bonus. Thank-you so much for sharing a house that probably holds a lot of great memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely place for our very happy country dog to share. It is close to the creek and highway-which would be a concern for small, explorative children-but it is also set up for children in terms of a swing set etc.

This is a beautiful home in a very secluded part of Utah. Really had the sense that someone was sharing their family home with us. All facilities were great. So much better than a motel!

Very good location and amenities; need to improve instructions how to get into the house.
