The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful and looks just as lovely in person. What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, they responded immediately and always did their best to help. Their hospitality genuinely made our stay so much better. The breakfast was good and there was always enough food to start the day. What we especially liked was that you could choose your breakfast again each day, so you weren’t stuck with the same option throughout your stay. The whole property has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was well maintained. Overall, we felt very comfortable here and were really happy with our stay.

The only thing worth keeping in mind is the location. The accommodation is not exactly in central Ubud, as also stated in the listing. It’s not particularly far away either, but because traffic around Ubud can get very busy, getting to and from the centre can sometimes take longer than expected. Breakfast was perfectly fine and filling, although nothing particularly special or “wow”. Overall, these were only minor things for us. We had a really lovely stay, and the wonderful staff definitely deserve a special mention — they were genuinely one of the best parts of our experience here.

Would of loved to have our Cups replaced, was really slippery in the pool area as my partner slipped in the pool and fell over After she had shower due to the slippery floor. Hand soap also would have been nice. Does need a bit of a good deep clean in some areas of The Villa. Bit of a freshen up.

В спальню довольно крутая лестница, неудобно. Ремонт уже устарел.
