Avoid bad DAMP

Pool area was nice and the surrounding rice fields. The staff where lovely.

I stayed here for 2 night. There was so much damp all over the room and the open kitchen area. The damp was so bad I left my t shirt on the head board for couple of hours damp stain went onto my t shirt. The bathroom there is water dripping from the ceiling due to condensation. Kitchen area paint peeling off and so much ants everywhere. I stayed in other accommodations in ubud in the middle of rice fields but the ant infestation was nothing like this place. I was put off eating breakfast in the kitchen area. At night you have ants crawling on your leg if you are not careful when leaving clothes out to dry. To access property is via tree walkway. The walkway is so badly maintained that it was so difficult to take luggage in. There was no light at night during walkway which made it scary. I had a baby so this was a very difficult stay for me.

Disappointed and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Nothing about the property is worth the cost. The entrance path to the property was rough and not safe for walking on . The property was mouldy and dirty walls added to the dingy outlook . Toilet pot was broken . The facilities was unliveable by Western standards.

A bit out of the city, takes a bit of effort to get into Ubud, but lovely gardens and pool

A beautiful garden, a little oasis in a busy city. Putu who works there was particularly friendly and helpful and made our stay easier by helping to organise transport and food and tours - she was very friendly and kind

Whaaaaat a rubbish!

Seriously is that a place to live? There is nothing good I can mention about this place. If they give me money to live at it I ll not stay.

*It 100 meters of the road. Taxi can't drop you at front. Entrance looks horrible at night. * Dirty breakfast. * lizards every where. * you hv to sleep with ants * spiders in the room and toilets * no shampoo, conditioner, face wash, tooth paste. * dirty toilets * staff is very bad at english. You o communicate in few works of english. * staff drinks and play card at reception with his friend on weekends * poor quality of bads I know you get what you paid for but for this one if they give me money I ll not stay in it. A place should maintain some minimum standards. Unfortunately I have to say if you wana have a good holiday please don't go here.

Great stay for honeymoon and family trip.

We love this place so much. It was such a romantic place for honeymoon especially. Even the location is a bit far from ubud center but we love the quiet and serenity here especially in the morning. Staff named Putu is super helpful! Manage to fulfill our request even at odd time.

Bad experience.

Friendly nice staff

There was always issues with water, hot water wasnt always available. And there was no water sometimes to shower we had to wait sometimes for water to be back or wait for someone to come and fix it. A group of people who came and rented few room la in the hotel were supper loud at night they didnt let us sleep properly it was chaos. The staff, manager and owners couldn't stop them from annoying the rest of the people in the hotel. Room was not clean most of the time there was dust everywhere specially in the back of the bed.

Από που να ξεκινήσω ? Το πρωινό ήταν μέσα άστην τιμή και ου Δε καν βλεπόταν . Το δωμάτια μέσα στην βρώμα να βρωμανε μούχλα . Οι τοίχοι μέσα στα σημάδια . Τα σεντόνια βρώμικα . Τα μαξιλάρια μουχλιασμένα . Ζεστό νερό δεν είχε . Η τουαλέτα δεν κάποιο είδος εξαερισμού με αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει πάρα πολύ έντονα και άσχημα . Πο φωτογραφίες καμία σχέση με τη πραγματικότητα . Η πισίνα θολή και πολύ βρόμικη .

2 Nächte gebucht. Bin nach einer Nacht in ein Luxusresort umgezogen. Wollte hier ganz schnell weg.

Sehr günstig, jedoch gibt es nix zu erwarten für den Preis.

Ameisen im Zimmer, Spinne im Bad Bad stinkt fürchterlich Schimmel keine richtige Rezeption Pool dreckig keine Tassen auf dem Zimmer beim Frühstück schmutzige Tasse schlechter Zugang zur Unterkunft sehr abseits gelegen kein warmes Wasser beim duschen

Kamar tidur banyak semut, toilet kotor dan sangat sangat lembab akses jalan menuju lokasi pas hujan terperangkap dalam kubangan air, alamat di geogle maps salah lokasi. Harga memang murah tapi kebersihan menjadi skala prioritas
