La Casa Piccola

La gentillesse, la serviabilité de l’hôte. Elle était très disponible par WhatsApp et a su nous aiguiller comme une reine tout au long du séjour. La maison était neuve, il manquait rien. Tout est pensé pour nous accueillir. L’emplacement est top dans le old town de Chania! Je n’ai rien à dire sauf merci ! Merci et merci ! D’être une telle hôte !

Vraiment rien … Peut être un placard de rangement dans la salle de bain pour mettre nos affaires de toilettes ?

This little villa was the perfect beginning to my journey of discovering Crete. It made my trip truly unforgettable from the very first day.

It is immaculate, neighborhood in old town is cuter than any place has a right to be, lots of places to eat and walk to, easy to reach Koum Kapi for a swim and waterfront promenade on the more local, non harbor side; hostess was super nice, left wine, water and treats for me, always in touch via WhatsApp, also arranged airport taxi for me upon departure.

Be prepared for stairs. It’s a townhouse setup with stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom. But that’s almost every place.

The location and overall setup of the property are nice, and we appreciated the effort put into the design. Communication was fine and check-in was smooth

There are several points that need improvement. There appears to be water damage on one of the walls which looks like possible mold. The living room does not have a TV, which was disappointing as this is usually standard and made it less comfortable to relax downstairs; the TV upstairs is very small and not functioning properly. The mattress is extremely hard and could be improved. The bathroom is quite small with no proper space to store toiletries, and although there is a towel rack behind the door, it is not working properly, so it was not usable. The main entrance door also does not close or lock properly and should be fixed. In addition, when leaving the apartment, the electricity turns off completely, which makes it impossible to run appliances like the washing machine.
